John T. Mattio

 Founder and President

A career finance, trade, sales and marketing internationalist with travel to more than 100 countries, John provides marketing oversight and a global perspective to Lamnia clienteles’ engagement with capital markets. John is also a fourth generation, active investor which is beneficial to providing valuable investor viewpoint and oversight on each Lamnia project. In 2007 he established Lamnia to offer communication services and options, public market branding, and shareholder relations to public and soon-to-be public across all sectors and market caps. John leverages a deep pool of buy and sell side relationships, listing authorities at exchanges, access to regulators and media contacts consistently valuable to Lamnia clientele. He has directly and indirectly contributed to more than $275 million in capital raises and was responsible for communications to service the thousands of investors who participated in capital raises. From 1997-2007 at New York-based Dorian Drake International, he represented the international sales, finance, and distribution interests of brand leading private and public companies such as Hamilton Beach®, TurtleWax®, Prestone® and MTD® Products as Director of Marketing and Group Manager. John is a cum-laude graduate of the American University’s School of International Service, Washington DC and also holds a Master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training, Brattleboro VT. John is fluent in four languages, an active supporter of education and sporting organizations and an accomplished athlete.

Trevor Peckham


Trevor Peckham is the second generation of talent from the acclaimed Peckham Productions Inc. Trevor has worked on 100’s of productions, produced, filmed and edited corporate videos and he has also served as the endemic media specialist for brand-leading companies. Trevor has filmed and co-produced commercials, network promos and TV shows with clients including Pepsi, Animal Planet, MSG and many more. With experience both on set and in post-production, Trevor gives every project hands on attention throughout the entire process to ensure the best possible result. His experience in corporate advertising gives Trevor the unique blend of practical marketing knowledge and the creative production skills to create a finished product that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is effective. As a cinematographer, editor and colorist, Trevor uses cutting edge Ultra HD technology every step of the way, giving video a look that would be as at home on the big screen as on your website. Trevor is a graduate of Northeastern University’s College of Business Administration. Trevor was also professional downhill mountain biker for GT Bicycles.

Edmund Smith


Edmund “Eddy” began his career at Lamnia in 2015 as an intern and is now our Coordinator in charge of our digital and social media and also sales coordination. Edmund equally has a strong marketing background with a specific focus in web communication, on-line marketing and sales and graphic design. Previously, Edmund was an investor outreach coordinator at Bridgewater Communications and founder of his own trading firm, Smith Services. In addition to his work with Lamnia clientele, Edmund is leading Lamnia’s targeting and developing of the millennial investor market and methods to engage this untapped pool of future investors. Edmund  graduated with a degree in Business Management from Western Connecticut State University.

Joshua Bender

Intern / Accounting Associate

Joshua is entering his senior year at Marist College where he is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting. While at school, Joshua is involved in numerous extracurricular activities, including being an active member in both the Business and Investment Club as well as the Marist College Greystone Fixed Income Fund. He is also the Business Manager for Student Activities where he is responsible for supervising all sales with on campus clubs and overseeing the work of other students working in the department.  Joshua’s interests include investing in and following the stock market, exercising, reading, playing and watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
